1. The uneven wall thickness of the steel casting results in the blocked shrinkage of the joint  the turning point.

2. Due to the insufficient temperature of grinding tools  pouring, the filling is  detailed,  the metal materials can  be completely combined in general. After setting, the compressive strength is  enough,  it is easy to crack. The part leaving the inner door is more prone to such a situation.

3. The grain size of the die casting is large because of the long time of die-casting.

4. The residual content in the aluminum alloy aqueous solution of steel casting is too high, which leads to the serious reduction of plastic deformation of aluminum alloy.

5. When the pusher configuration deviates, the force is uneven when it is ejected  the mold,  the steel casting cannot be demoulded at the same time, which will also cause the steel casting to crack.

6. The compressive strength of steel castings is  enough, especially for long  fine castings, which are easy to form  deform due to filling.

7. The side dent of the steel casting is mainly caused by the small inclination of the formed part, the insufficient cutting of the surface layer,  the high friction resistance of the abrasives.
